  • 2003 - The 10th annual Sweetheart balloon rally was held at Westwood Marina on Lake Washington February 14-16, 2003. The Starburst of Destiny and Just Ducky balloons flew west over Mankato about 2:30pm Saturday. Four balloons, Sunshine, Just Ducky, Starburst of Destiny and Crayola flew about 7:30am Sunday.
    Thank you to everyone who came out and made last year's rally a successful weekend!
